[January 30, 2026, Krefeld/Leipzig] – Martin Wilhelm and Eric Hartmann are handing over their responsibilities for krecotec GmbH to co-shareholder ZOPF Energieanlagen GmbH and leaving the company. This step follows a successful phase of establishment and market positioning and enables a stronger focus on new markets.

After years of building and establishing the company as a reliable developer in the field of power electronics for renewable energies and hydrogen, Martin Wilhelm and Eric Hartmann have decided to hand over their responsibility to ZOPF.

This step creates new opportunities for synergies and growth. ZOPF brings comprehensive expertise in the service business in the renewable energy market. Wilhelm and Hartmann comment: “We are proud of what we have built together. The handover is the logical next step. With ZOPF as the new owner, we are convinced that the company will benefit from strong synergies and continue to expand.”

Andreas Arens, designated managing director, and Keno Fresemann, future authorized signatory of krecotec GmbH, are looking forward to the new tasks and leveraging existing strengths: “This acquisition strengthens our position and enables us to implement planned developments more quickly. We would like to thank Martin Wilhelm and Eric Hartmann for their contribution and look forward to a joint future.”
